ORDER ISSUES

Though rare, if you notice an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us at info@strapbandits.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Simply take a photo of the item and email it to info@zhuhuili.shop, and we’ll provide you with instructions for returning it.

As we offer free shipping on all orders, we do not refund shipping charges.

If your gift voucher has not been delivered, please contact us at info@zhuhuili.shop with your name and order number, and we’ll resend it to you promptly.

PRODUCT & STOCK

Yes, every strap comes with quick-release spring bars pre-installed, making it easy for you to swap out your bands with no hassle.

Shipping is completely free. However, we do not ship to the following countries:

  • Oceania: Fiji, Tonga, Samoa
  • South America: Paraguay, Uruguay
  • Africa: All countries, including Ethiopia, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Egypt, Morocco, DR Congo, Madagascar, Sudan, Chad, and others.
  • Restricted Countries: Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Sudan.

Most of our strap styles are designed to fit any standard lug attachment watch. We also offer straps specifically for Apple Watches. Please refer to our fitting guide to find the right size for your watch model.

Our straps are approximately 120mm/80mm in length and are designed to fit wrists ranging from 6 to 8 inches in circumference.

Our straps are crafted from high-quality Calfskin leather and Huddersfield Fabric, ensuring both durability and style.

Most of our bands will fit popular smartwatch models. Check this link for sizing information. If your watch isn’t listed, a quick search online will help you determine the correct size and specifications. If you need assistance, feel free to email us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the bank to process your refund.

While we cover the cost of shipping your order, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

We only accept returns on unused or new items. Once a strap has been worn or installed, it shows signs of use and cannot be resold.
